Design Office
This is a specialized department at the Head Office Factory that uses CAD to carry out the overall design, drafting, and creation of processing data for broaches. A system is in place to respond quickly to customer requests.
Broach Factory
We manufacture a wide variety of broach tools used in automobile parts production and other applications. By making full use of general-purpose machines that require skilled craftsmanship and NC machines controlled by programming, we achieve the production of high-quality products.

Design Office
The Design Office mainly engages in the design and production of rubber molding dies for automobiles, medical devices, and office automation equipment such as printers. It handles compression molds, transfer molds, and injection molds.
Mold Factory
In a factory with 24-hour temperature control, high-performance machining equipment is used to manufacture rubber molding dies, knockout jigs, and inspection jigs. We can accommodate customers’ desired shapes, materials, and sizes, as well as various surface treatments and polishing processes.

This plant handles the final process of broach tools, known as the “life of the tool” - blade finishing. By carefully grinding the blade backs, we improve sharpness before delivering them to customers. We also perform regrinding of tools whose accuracy has declined.
